By using RoastMyPic.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

RoastMyPic.ai analyses a profile photo and returns a score, a diagnosis and retouched versions. The tone is deliberately humorous; the service is entertainment and decision support, not professional advice.

Free: A score out of 10, the sentence that sums it up, the main issue, the criterion-by-criterion breakdown of the score, and a share image.
Glow-Up (…): 4 retouched versions of your photo, one per style (Dating, Studio, LinkedIn, Casual); the full roast and advice; a profile bio; the explanation of the score; the analysis of two additional photos and three generations of an overall bio. A retouched photo you are not happy with can be regenerated from your result page. This is the only offer available on the site.

Public content

By default, a roast is public: the original photo, its score and the roast sentence appear in the leaderboard, and the retouched photos delivered to you, together with the original photo, may illustrate the site, in particular its home page. You can at any time remove a roast from the leaderboard, hide a retouched photo or delete everything, from your result page or your profile, without giving a reason and with immediate effect.

The comments you post are visible to everyone, under the username you choose. They are filtered automatically (links, spam, adult content), may be reported by other visitors, and we may remove those that do not comply with these terms.

Upload Rules

By uploading a photo, you certify that:

You are the owner or have the right to use this image
If it is another person's photo, for example to challenge a friend, you have their explicit consent
The photo does not depict minors
The photo does not contain illegal, hateful, or pornographic content

Any abuse will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Humorous Nature

The analyses are produced automatically by an artificial intelligence model, in a deliberately mocking tone. They are entertainment and decision support, and do not constitute professional advice.

Payments and Refunds

Purchases on RoastMyPic.ai are subject to the following conditions:

Payments are one-time (no subscription)
Payments are securely processed by Stripe
Prices include all taxes. They may change, but never after your order.

Right of withdrawal

For a distance purchase you normally have 14 days to withdraw. The content we sell is generated immediately after payment: at checkout you expressly agree to that immediate performance and acknowledge that once the content is generated you lose your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). As long as generation has not started, you can withdraw and be refunded.

If generation fails on our side, or if what is delivered does not match what was announced, you are refunded in full. Just write to us.

Legal guarantee of conformity

The digital content we supply must match what is described here. Should it not conform, you benefit from the legal guarantee set out in articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code: you may request that it be brought into conformity and, failing that, a price reduction or a refund. This guarantee is free of charge, applies for two years from the supply of the content, and does not depend on any goodwill gesture on our part.

Intellectual Property

You remain the owner of the photo you upload. The retouched photos and texts delivered to you are assigned to you for unrestricted use, personal and professional, commercial use included: it is your face. We retain our rights over the site itself, its brand, its texts and its code.

Limitation of Liability

RoastMyPic.ai is provided "as is":

We do not guarantee permanent service availability
We are not responsible for indirect damages related to use
We are not responsible for third-party site content

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in case of violation of these terms, without notice or refund.

Changes

These terms may be changed at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Complaints and mediation

Send us your complaint by email first: we reply within fourteen days.

If our reply does not satisfy you, you may use a consumer ombudsman free of charge (article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code). Ours is currently being appointed; the details will be published here and in the legal notice.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law.

If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings, at your choice, before the court of the place where you lived when the contract was concluded or where the damage occurred, or before any court having jurisdiction under the rules of civil procedure. Nothing in these terms restricts that choice.
